The thing about picking up where I left off several years ago is all the unfinished projects waiting for me. Here is a bead collage I picked up this week. It’s easy for me to do this as I store smaller works in 1 or 2 gallon bags along with the materials I was using at the time. Beads, needles, thread are all at hand. I used to take these and go to a friend’s house to stitch and bitch.

This piece needs a bit more beading and some charms, but I decided to chill tonight and do some of the hand stitching. This is something I can do anywhere whereas I prefer a table when beading.
